My information is that the problem with the endotoxin (which could give false positives) was addressed by the company in an announcement 10 August 2009 and the problem with the labelling (too much ******* shaking) led the Japanese agent to suspend deliveries of QFT in November 2009.
Both these issues have been resolved and the Japanese agent had recommenced delivery to clients on 5th January 2010 and single packs on 26th January 2010.
