Feels more market-wide and not a DRE-specific issue where money has exited the market to seek refuge in savings accounts with increasingly-higher interest rates, and/or removing cash from speculative small caps into blue chip large cap stocks that pay dividends due to more certainty of capital.
Wouldn't expect the share price to rise massively from this point until interest rate hikes hit their peak, OR the next DRE price-sensitive announcement that is truly impressive rather than these recent "pretty good but mainly business as usual" updates. Could be a decent time to accumulate more DRE if you have some spare cash lying around.
