re: goblins comment In terms of HIV its a great annoucement - note the point that HC time is about 7 minutes slower by real time so its actually 7 minutes ahead of when the post is made which means that when the annoucement is up on my brokers screen is when i have access to it as does everyone else.

Its a decent annoucement that needs follow up ann, deals , contracts and perhaps some media attention as well to go higher.
