Does anyone know when the "Signature Date" referred to in the Binding Key Terms was?
Binding Term Sheet expires 6 months after the Signature Date... The Signature Date was obviously some time before the announcement date which was 22/08/22. Either way we should definitely get some feedback or an extension by at the latest 22/02/23 (being 6 months from announcement date). Otherwise this is going south!
