not owning the coal is at the root of esi's problem. They have no control over their own destiny. Hence why it gets whipped around like it has no power.
this is essentially a mining operation with technology at the back end or front end for those who want to argue the toss about middle, back or front.
I don't see to many mining operations around that have 3 partners involved.
Usually one has money and one has the resource. Marriage made in heaven.
