I've been saying this for a while. Business as Usual is NOT working for this Company.

Things looked rosy when the oil prices were sky-rocketing into the $120 - 130 per barrel and Jewell/Rangers were flowing at their maximum rates.

But - their flow rates are declining
    - the oil price has fallen around 40%
    - we need more wells/production to even maintain the profit levels
    - as @danpech says, there were shut-ins which he estimates will give us a loss in the next Quarter.

According to DP (in his answer to one of my questions) - 'nothing is off the table'. I'd just like to know what IS ON the table this year.

Not one of the Director's has been bothered to dip their hands into their deep pockets to begin to pay off the loans that they took out of our pockets. How pathetic. If that's the type of leadership they put out to the market - then in my opinion, it's time for a change of management.

Current management have failed to deliver shareholder value. Get some fresh ideas into the Company to move it forward.
