    Hi MM,

My thanks also for bringing this to our attention. Overall I am very upbeat about the prospects for PYC.

The only slight concern I have from your summary above is Rohan's use of the word 'likely' in the sentence:
The peptide is made up of amino acids which are likely degraded once inside the cell and then metabolised or re-used by the cell in much the same way that it does with endogenous peptides.
I find this terminology quite wishy washy! In applying for future FDA approvals, I'm sure that PYC will need to establish exactly what happens to the peptide and not just what might happen or is likely to happen! It may be just the nuance of the word likely, but to me it is just slightly concerning if they havent yet tracked down exactly what happens to the peptide after it has delivered its payload.
Am I barking up a wrong tree??

Thanks again for your work and efforts in keeping us informed of your interactions.
    Cheers.
    Malown1.
