    So if AJM met the milestone that means they had full commitment to pay out noteholders in full right?

    Why didnt the board if AJM communicate this? In thier own words they only had commitments for about 60% of the debt, do you think AJM board failed its continuous disclosure responsibilities by not announcing the information you provide as fact?
