Canadian Lithium Royalty Business - Could get BMO to $1 in a no time, page-236

I found the same when doing my DD that Ontario Inc/GRR Inc buy and sell royalties. The concern I had was they appear to have purchased these royalties as part of a larger deal 3 years ago from a well known Canadian mining player, and they're now looking to offload this parcel. My question would be surely they hold onto the best royalties and sell the underperformers, or they sell the good ones at a premium. It remains to be seen which of those two options BMO are currently reviewing.

Given BMO had no lithium experience prior to this opportunity falling into their lap, they've had to hire a Chilean focused lithium guy to assist with their own DD, and they've paid $50k for exclusivity to review it (which has taken a month longer than expected) I'm skeptical that this will be the magic pivot to a $1 Canadian lithium stock that others are predicting.

If they opt not to make the purchase the stock price tumbles. If they opt to make the purchase the share price jumps for a day or two, but then starts a slow decline back down again, and they'll need to do a cap raise to help fund the acquisition. All of this is a big ask for a stock people are touting as 'the cheapest lithium play on the ASX' when they currently hold $0 in lithium assets. Not for me, but good luck to those who are holding.
