Well we are making $452 million a year through our offtake currently so what's in it for us as we BOTH must AGREE!! ? Cause we can develop our own PLL plant in partnership with a battery producer and toll our spodumene through that plant and maintain our margins.
What about if the JV gives you 50% of any chemical plant and reduced capex for your share? ................That may work
