I do feel gold will recover to over USD1900 in the coming weeks. I cant recall what ALK's forward contracts were priced at for their sales.

On these approval announcement, its interesting how ALK do these things. They are certainly a company that under sells things and doesn't toot their horn. This really needs to change and can change with out being misleading. They are way too conservative!

Many other companies would have put their share into a trading halt on the sniff of approval and then grow some excitement around an imminent release. So time will tell if the market will just shrug off the announcement when they make it. I want it to go up, the sentiment is just way too low at present. But I will continue to buy as these things do have a habit of turning around quickly when they do and catches investors on the side-lines off guard. Not financial advice of course and really just my thoughts after being a long term holder in this company.
