Matt Kean is not fit to hold public office.
As a Victorian, I though the Liberals' Dominic Perrottet would be an excellent conservative Premier for NSW but he's turned out to be a weak man, not reigning in 'Mad Keen/Kean's' excesses.
Sadly once it is formally in office after the election result is declared post March 25 2023, NSW Labor will almost certainly turn out to be no better than Kean.
