Their has been pockets of interest for a few weeks now but as usual BG is more than likely the one who is selling into any rallies to subdue any significant rise. Come roughly April time when he has run out of ammunition that will probably coincide with expectant announcements that will fuel the rocket ships into orbit imo. A pause in Interest rates around this time will also help the whole sector.
