I think the chances now for approval are far greater than when LNP was in Govt.

• The backing of the court clearly ordering to follow the “Law”.
• The finding by the courts that ScoMo was biased and with already both Albo and King publicly going against the project, it will be quite difficult for them to go against the court finding and would have to have 100% valid reasons if they have to decline the application. This will be threaded by the courts on a legal challenge.
• The changed landscape with energy security and crisis and the cost of living pressures.
