Exactly, all very real and valid points. Can I also add DB wouldn’t give up the case if there was no benefit to getting the approval. Some behind closed doors conversations I’d say have been had in my view.
Unfortunately, many old holders who got burnt from scumo interfering with the original process will have their walls up.
I believe it’ll be approved. Sooner rather than later.
