Kal cracking & leaching important & allows compliance with new LAMP licence conditions which 99.99% will not be overturned in court despite attempts by AL
The lingering problem in Malaysia will be clean up of existing low level radioactive waste - further conditions likely to be imposed penalizing Lynas if clean up not undertaken within some unreasonable politically motivated timeframe
LAMP should continue to operate & LYC needs to dedicate funds to clean up in Malaysia & possible decommissioning of LAMP once Texas operational & WA or another location determined for additional processing or expansion of Texas
Too many games, political posing & corrupt influences in Malaysia with governments not genuinely supportive or appreciative of LAMP
