I really hate to mention this but, even if they got finance they couldn't afford to pay it. They can't as it is. They repaid CBA with sales of assets, which left nothing. Then Causeway came along gave them $6mill, they have cash at about $1mill, give or take, they can't make a profit, do you see what I mean?
If anyone came along they would have to repay Causeway, unless they borrow HEAPS they are no better off. They are not getting HEAPS from me.
