Those are the 2 risks I see too.
Short term debt - they have leverage over the company, but some good signals about that, eg. a little hiring ongoing, NPAT HY report.
Bad debts - hard for me to predict, whether management are predicting accurately and whether it's safe.
But also a fair bit of upside.
If short-term debt gets resolved, and back to business as usual, this market cap could be very cheap.
