dividends (unless you are in pension mode in super, or you are basically poor).



How not to pay tax -------

Buy back
Capital Return
Grow your company

Hence how to give your shareholders value -----

Buyback - underpins the sp and adds value to each remaining share.

Capital return -- if can be done with ato approval - all goes straight to each shareholder.

Grow your company - great if done wisely, but there are a lot of pitfalls on the way.

Dividends - basically, they are the way to give your shareholders the worst value unless you have milked the other avenues.


If you still think dividends are a good idea - let me know the logic please.
