Yuck, nice update..

Chart looks terrible, and the Penrice mine still coming under scrutiny from local council and epa with ongoing dust issues and traffic problems as well.

Laden B doubles are banned from passing through local towns, and the train to Osborne is chocko.. Track maintenance was stepped up after last years derailment, and PSH were lucky that more damage was not caused.

I dont know where there turn around could possibly come from, even a 3rd line at Amcor wont save them.
