if you look at the last few (non CR) announcements the outcome hasn’t reflected well on market. So I don’t think PFS will raise it much if at all, as that’s just another reason to do more CRs with this management. History repeats itself and 16 years plus of the current mgmt ain’t doing it.
So you’re spot on. For this to rise it will need not only PFS but new management to take it to the next level. It’s a concern as the market is showing the lack of faith in the stock and or management or both unfortunately.
