"Depends on wether you want the free attaching option..."
I don't see anywhere in the CR announcement, or the Proposed Issue of Securities announcement, that the SPP will include a free option. The way I read it, it will just be 3.3c shares.
Idan did mention in one of the recent interviews, that the SPP will be "the same terms" as the CR, but perhaps he is just referring to the share price??
The SPP doco coming on 3-Mar should confirm whether we get the free options or not. I hope so.
