    No one. The share price is mirroring the offer and will go up and down based on what the MIN share price is doing. MIN share price is trading pretty much the same it was when the offer first came out and as expected will go up and down based on usual market drivers and macro. Also does not make sense that they would drive the MIN SP down. If they wanted people to accept they would drive it up so that the offer is more attractive.
