Fair comment re the dividend, but for those bb's, are you certain as to a real direct financial return to sh's of about $600m, or down the gurgler. WHC sp declined by about 1/3rd since 2022 highs. In any case, these bb's are a bounty for the financial services industry (brokers and such) and not much else, but of course will enhance st incentives for executive bonus eligibility. Nothing in it for the average retail sh.
