That is true but ASX rules state this about the new directors:

"The company’s directors cannot favour the controlling shareholder over the others because the directors have a duty to consider the interests of the company as a whole."

And dont you think the old directors were good for an exploration company but a new skill set is required to bring the resource into production.
NWE is no longer an exploration company...MIN will get the technical expertise required to fill those positions to ensure their gas plant is operational and has all the gas it needs.
