    If you have moderate hearing loss and in Social or business environment regardless of age you are unlikely to want mushrooms in your ears to hilight such to your peers . In a small minority of settings it may be seen as acceptable to have buds in when your peers are wanting your full attention. The hidden in the ear and BTE behind the ear are near invisible to others these days especially for moderate hearing loss as they have such a small format. So NUH has some massive hurdles in regards to format, size , battery life, social , business and user acceptance that may over time resolve or will be a constant drag. If NUH technology has any value onboard a realtek chip NUH holders have to consider real sales numbers of such and possible return . Are we talking 5c a chip so pick a mad number of 10 million a year and that is only 500k a year - hardly enough to cover a exectutives renumeration. Real lifespan of NUH contribution to chips possibly 5 years?

    So what to expect - well some sort of pump based on some numbers regarding first invoicing and before real sales numbers of early adoptors come in and raising some cash otherwise IMO NUH will not survive. NUH can't IMO afford not to raise cash be it on market or trying discounting invoices or invoice factoring before sales nimbers come in and also any rebates being given are due and before returns of product start to accumulate. Many people may try product but I suspect many will not use it well and see value an dreturn it simply as they don't have the want / ability to use controls offered. Advertising spend previously was exceeding margin on product IMO and introducing a new product in a new setting will be very expensive an dtime consuming to educate consumer and to advertise in front of elusive new consumer they are trying to target.

    Scale in manufacturing and sales is the only thing that can reduce your per unit advertising and promotion costs and lead to a real margin so you can grow the business. They haven't done this right in previous products with all sorts or pivots and excuses.

    Nothing about any of this is easy and all very high risk and IMO it will take along lead time fo years or the specific OTC sector to take off and be seen as having reputable products that actually do what the box says. PSAP will continue to infringe and the big hearing aide manufacturers will continue to come down price ladder and up features if the sector grows and acts as a feeder for them.
