Thanks for reminding us. The clip on the front of this thread does not age at all. I went back and re-read this thread as well as I recalled there were a lot of good points raised and it would be a shame for this to get lost in amongst the noise created by MINs daily 1% increase notices and other side threads.

People need to remind themselves of CEs own words...take a look and listen at the clip at the very beginning of this thread.

He was speaking his truth...you could see it in the body language and words. He was speaking to the people that matter a lot to him, his SH and his clients and his JV partners. You would have to ask yourself, was he overpromising to these people only to make a fool of himself later on? In my view, I doubt that was the case. He was speaking his truth, as he knows it.

So when he said 250TJ/day from day 1...he must have had enough assurance from his people that he will not be made to eat his words in the future. Can anyone imagine any employee feeding CE a bit of bad info and then CE having to eat his words in a years time?

So CEs words to the people that matter in this instance, are in my view as good as gold.

And if that is the case, NWEs 20% of the 250 TJ/day cash flow would be enough to pay NWEs capex share of the project in the first one or two years of operation.

Thereafter...its dividend time, and MIN - now as majority shareholder of NWE - will make sure there is a high dividend payout...
