These guys are the same as most of the other O&G minnows out there: always a delay, always a problem, always mud, always POOH due to some unforseen issue, always, always, always. So it's kinda expected in a way.
To be frank: not overly concerned. The delay was almost expected, and in my mind I was always thinking May/June before something concrete (unlike a certain you-know-who, who was backing the truck up for oil in early March!).
Catch a falling knife at the moment. Pick a level, grab some, sell the spike, enjoy the range, etc.
