Questions to ask:
1) when did you know of the rig being pre-occupied?
2) How do you know there won't be delays to the current operation which is using the rig?
3) Is the rig under contract with the 3rd party which has contingencies, options to extend, or other issues we should know about?
4) Why were shareholders told the rig would go from Varadero to Alameda after maintenance?
5) When were the contracts finalised for the Sherritt #1 rig?
