No idea! I bought in straight after the drop post the CRL expecting it would be a six month thing. Wrote an email last year after the announcement of the R and D rebate when things were slipping to submitting this year but no response. Very frustrated but hoping it's not a non-committal, ambiguous commitment to submitting "shortly"
