I don't hold CTN stock, betman, but I follow it with interest as a shareholder of other LICs. I agree with what you've said and have expressed this view before but was promptly 'shut down' recently by fellow HCer, YehLucker, who wrote:
"The frustration for CTN holders is the big discount between nta and share price but this announcement [the new dividend policy] goes along way to adddressing that issue."
I'd be interested to hear his views on CTN given its recent SP fall to below where it was when the new div policy was announced.
