Hi All, My apologies for going awol on this again. My situation has changed, and whilst I am determined to consider a CA against GMV directors, I will not be able to reliably spearhead this effort I will try to respond to the emails, yet the message will be the same: we need a few people to step up and carry this. So please, whomever is keen and able, put your hand up. I am happy to remain on the team to contribute my thoughts, but there are many other matters requiring my attention that prevent me from playing a leading role here. So, who's up?
Also, I have spoken with MB and they have suggested that the claim amount will not fit their MO. They suggested approaching a state law society to seek recommendations for a firm which will take this on- I am confident that we will find one xx
