ANZ , i smell something brewing here if credit swiss and UBS are picking up stocks on the market i wouldnt think they would be interested in picking stocks at $5.80 to give it away to Peabody for $6 for what like 5% return ? there might be much to this story , may be another offer on its way to the table from another party and perhaps thats why Macarthur has pushed the gcl takeover thing till May end . My guess would be Xstrata , might be romours spreading in switzerland , just a guess.
