"use AI" I am aware that there are other collection agencies using AI. It is only recently that one of them Credit Clear indicated their success with AI in an announcement. The recent update by them quotes that one case study for its use showed increased collections of 48% for the client and customer engagement and conversion increases in the teens. I would presume that CCP are a company on the cutting edge of the industry as that is where they claim their software sits in other areas such as modelling. I may be wrong but I would also be disappointed as I like to think that I am invested in progressive forward thinking businesses which are either in front of the opposition or at least testing or using successful digital tools used elsewhere. No doubt Credit Clear are not in the same league as CCP or for that matter dealing with debt in the same manner and they are relatively embryonic at this stage but the success story seems compelling.
