    CYM acquisition of Nifty from MLX which included the finance package, happened when copper was trading around $4.00/lb with the comex currently closing on Friday night at $4.1085. Take a look at the majority of 2021, copper trading above $4.00/Lb. So copper is currently trading in that very range when CYM obtained finance.
