    Still waiting for my refund.

    Btw, did any of the directors participate in the SPP?

    Perhaps they did participate and the secretary is behind in the paperwork.

    Section 14 of the offer stated:

    Directors' Participation
    The directors of the Company, as eligible shareholders, may participate in the Offer (without having to obtain shareholder approval), on the same terms as all other shareholders in the Company.
