No they specifically stated they wanted to run DSO for fertilser. Which wouldn't work in wet acid plants due to its composition. And its definetly not good enough to be mixed in as the rock phosphate into something like a super phosphate mix.
And from what i can infer from research ove done, no one is running thermal phosphate for fertiliser. anywhere, globally. Would also just be really dumb, chnaging your plant from goign t 75% to 50% every time you wanted to mix different phospheric acids, down time would be unbelievable,
