NDA would only relate to settlement negotiations and tafta, not status of mine start up (imo). That's separate and is supposed to be happening following the mining laws of Thailand. KCN has an obligation to its shareholders. If there's a delay due to "issues at the mine" they would / should let us know. If its normal procedural bureaucracy then we probably just need to wait.
