We as a shareholders have to guess it is sorted. So far government took a lot of steps to resolve the issues with Akara and they will not let it go beyond their election period rather they will use it for their campaign.

Thai government may be requesting kcn to drop the case because they are giving a lot to us and kcn wants to keep it alive that is reason they did the agreement where they might put a clause if thai government fail to meet the agreed items then kcn will be able to reopen the case for award and if arbitrator agrees then both parties can sign and say it publicly like kcn and thai government resolved and Kcn dropped the case. Truth is we will have it active but sleeping for long long time.

All the action will happen same time in my opinion
