I havent held RIO for some years but with re. to AGO, the most recent capital raising dilluted shares by 6%. The second and only other placement since it hit $4.35 saw was from memory a 20% dillution in total shares.

Regardless of the dillution, AGO is a long way from getting near its previous high. PLV is not alone.

I think one of the things holding PLV back is the lack of liquidity. look at market depth on both sides. there is little there meaning one large sell can wipe out one third of the buy orders.
