When Kin and the crew issued themselves with performance shares at FFG related to company metrics, the SP went north for just long enough over the required period for them to cash in.
There was a difference, at FFG it was simply SP performance - the pump and dump easy to achieve this. The metric at ICI appears to be revenue based. At least if they are awarding themselves performance shares and options, the company is actually doing well.
