"buying back at $9-10 is stupid". I agree completely with you. save the money and give back more to shareholders.
EXCEPT
I want to sell my shares now (buying my house) and "chose" not to sell at $10, when I knew I had to, because I was a greedy pig and wanted high SP and the divvy. silly, silly me.
So pretty please can I have a nice SP of $9 at ex-divvy day, sell my shares once I qualify for divvy and then the SP can happily go down the day after to where it is now.
I've been nice. Please market be kind to me.
