Wrong. Glencore doesn't offer this, neither does Yancoal and I don't even think WHC offers it anymore. My annual staff bonus which was paid in January this year for last years performance was $255 less than it was last year and I have had a substantial pay rise during this period and the company made $6 Billion profit. I'd happily take a share purchase plan for a bonus rather than giving half to the tax man.
