    Agree. Similar sentiment was around Steve Promitz when he got appointed to QXR after the way he left LKE. The company is 8 mill MC right now, and he has shown he can build a company from 200mill to 1.2 bill, so having that experience is better than not having it for such a early stage explorer.. IMO DYOR
