Other telcos would have similar prices to TLS IF they provided Australia-wide services. Most of the other telcos simply pick the eyes out of the high population density areas, whereas TLS must use higher prices to subsidise the bush.
Another interesting fact is that whilst compaints from consumers regarding telcos performance is on the rise , TLS accounts for less than half of all compaints, whereas they have much more than half the market.This means there is significant dissatisfaction over non TLS telcos.
