Not necessarily. It could be any one of a number of things:
- Major iM3NY offtake agreement;
- Equity into iM3NY for expansion (what HSBC has been working on);
- Offtake for the AAM plant;
- Funding agreement for AAM plant;
- Funding agreement for Nachu.
As it was a deal done over the weekend and also that nothing has been announced on the relevant agencies websites (as far as I am aware), unlikely to be related to US government funding (loans / grants), but could be an "unblocker" to those.
We will not know until Wednesday.
