Noticed that - possibly something to do with US based board and need to get Board ratification before announcing. That may not happen until late Monday US time - putting it into midday Tuesday our time. So then time post Board meeting to finalise the announcement / make any changes requested by the Board, etc and so they may not be able to announce to market until well into the afternoon tomorrow. ASX may then want the market to have time to digest, so leave it in a TH until opening on Wednesday.

Just speculation, but that may be what the time differential is all about.
