What production infrastructure? You keep talking about it but do not give any info! The only thing getting ready is the pad...imo... And as mentioned above, no production before an agreement is done with CUPET... You have to give it time, it won't happen within your timelime...well, you already know that, as you used to be very positive about commercial production in March. NOT happening.
