Thanks for your response bongpsumera. I like your assessment of the state of play. I will not be too concerned if the GBG's share price dips below $1.10 as this will give me an opportunity of topping up.

I try to buy on the lows, but have learnt that waiting for an absolute low has resulted in missed opportunities. I also pick up positions in parcels rather than in one hit. It usually works in spite of the higher brokerage that results.
