China at the end of 2019 were producing
circa 200,000 tons of LiOH per year with 2 to go into production in 2020 so maybe close to 250,000 in 2020.
Enough LiOH for about 3 million EV'S per year using NCM811 tech.
Newer proposed LiOH refineries profess to have a better conversion rate from spod to LiOH including PLL.
If you look at EV market predictions for the Western world we are about to go into a LiOH squeeze.
